Use this page to choose the right planning question.

Start with the student's stage, current evidence, and next decision before comparing service options.

/ 01

High school planning

Start with grade level, course rigor, GPA risk, activity evidence, and likely major direction.

  • Grade 9-10: explore interests and keep the transcript stable.
  • Grade 11: prove readiness through course rigor and activity depth.
  • Grade 12: translate evidence into essays, school list, and submissions.

UC transfer planning

Start with campus-major rules, articulated prerequisites, GPA risk, TAG eligibility, and update timing.

  • Check each campus-major pair separately.
  • Protect GPA while finishing high-risk prerequisites.
  • Use PIQs to explain transfer direction, not repeat the transcript.

MS and PhD applications

Start by deciding whether the file must prove professional readiness, research readiness, or advisor fit.

  • MS: match prerequisites, projects, internships, and career outcome.
  • PhD: match research question, method, faculty, and writing sample.
  • Documents should divide evidence instead of repeating one story.

Choosing a Pathway

3 answers
Which pathway is right for me?

It depends on where you are now: high schoolers start with undergraduate planning, community-college students with UC transfer, and graduates with MS/PhD applications. A free consultation maps your profile to the right track.

What is TAG eligibility planning?

TAG is the UC Transfer Admission Guarantee program for eligible community-college students. We plan course compliance, GPA, and timing toward TAG requirements. Eligibility and outcomes depend on each student's profile.

Can I get a research experience without a campus lab?

Yes. Our research mentorship pairs you with a same-field PhD mentor to produce a real academic output: a report, paper, or portfolio you can use in applications.

How We Work

3 answers
Do you use essay templates?

No. We never reuse a success template. Writing is one-on-one guidance to develop an authentic, distinctive narrative.

How is pricing structured?

Pricing is transparent and scoped to the service. We walk you through what's included before you commit, with no hidden information-asymmetry markups.

What is the AI student management system?

An in-house system, already in use, that gives students and parents a progress dashboard, data-backed school/course/professor recommendations, and deadline reminders so progress stays trackable.

Expectations

2 answers
Do you guarantee admission?

No. No reputable consultant can guarantee an admission outcome. We maximize each student's competitiveness with a transparent, data-backed plan; individual results vary by profile, target program, and timeline.

When should we start?

Earlier is better because long-term planning lets us manage GPA, activities, and timing across years instead of rushing one application cycle. That said, we also support students who start later.
